Shipping
We ship via UPS. Our costs are as follows:

Some heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. Those charges are noted in the item description and will  be added to your total during checkout.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of the date of shipment. Blissful Times will repair or replace any jewelry found to be defective within 30 days of purchase.

• You must e-mail us (returns@blissfultimes.com) prior to returning merchandise and give us the reason for return.
• All returns must include a copy of your original receipt.
• On refunds, you will receive a complete credit minus any shipping and handling costs. For exchanges, please return the item for a credit and then place another order for the new items you wish to purchase.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning items.
• Merchandise must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear or be altered in any way.
• Your return must be postmarked within 30 days (no exceptions) from the date it was shipped to you.
• Any refunds due will be disbursed in the matter in which they were received.
• When shipping returns, we cannot be responsible for damage to merchandise during shipment.
• We suggest that you ship using some form of postage where you can track the package.  We cannot be responsible for packages lost during shipment.

Your privacy is important to us.  To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used at our site.

The Information We Collect

We use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your order for our goods, to respond to your inquiries about your order and to notify you about the status of your order.  From time to time, we may also send you additional information about our products in special promotional mailings.  If you do not wish to receive these special mailings please make sure to check the box that says, "Check this box if you do not wish to receive special promotional mailings" which is located at the bottom of the page where you fill in your shipping and billing addresses.  If you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, please contact our Customer Service Department.  The non-personal information gathered may be used to improve the design and content of our site and taken together to analyze site usage. We may disclose personal information in response to legal process (e.g. in response to a court order or subpoena).  We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's requests.  Andy finally we may disclose personal information in response to a charge-back inquiry from our merchant bank about your payment for goods.  We will not sell or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us to parties outside of our company except as described above.

Our site may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different from ours.  Visitors should consult the others sites" privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
